Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission said it has granted approval to local insurance company Saglasie to absorb Sofia-based Tokuda Health Insurance. The regulator provided no further details in a statement on its website. In June, the financial regulator granted approval to Saglasie to acquire 100% of Tokuda Health Insurance for EUR 3.06 million. Tokuda Health Insurance has a registered capital of BGN 4.6 million, according to data from the Bulgarian commercial register.
