Sofia city court registered the following joint-stock company Privatization fund Nash dom-JSC with a registered office and a principal place of business in Sofia, Izgrev region, 20 Fr. Jolio Curi Blvd and a main line of business in acquisition of shares in companies, offered for privatisation, management and sale of those shares, investment in securities and other issuers. The company has a capital of BGN 472 573 000, BGN 10 000 000 in money and 462 573 000 in investment bonds. It has a two-tier management-a Supervisory body, consisted of Sasho Georgiev Donchev-chairman, Andrei Ivanov Tenev and Jana Ilieva Kocheva-members and a management board, consisted of Dimitar Nicolov Dimitrov-chairman, Emanuil Angelov Kolev, Georgi Vasilev Nenkov, Julia Hristova Vardeva and Nicolai Ivanov Pashov-members, and is represented by the executive director Georgi Vasilev Nenkov.
