At the General Meeting of PF "Nash Dom" JSC was taken a decision for a tranformation of the company into a holding. The company's new name will be "Nash Dom Bulgaria" JSC. The production in the four plants, in which the company owns shares, has increased 3.5-fold.

Sofia City court registered changes for privatization fund Nash dom-JSC. It renames it to Nash-dom Bulgaria JSC holding and registered changes in the company’s Statute and registered office in Sofia, Slatina region, 13 Momina cheshma Str. The company has a new line of business, as well: acquisition, management, assessment and sale of shares in Bulgarian and foreign companies funding of companies, any kind of manufacture and trade. It rises its capital from BGN 481 696 000 to 5 696 000.
