St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is the 11th health insurance company licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission. The company is in a process of incorporation, the supervisor said. St Nicholas will offer three health insurance packages. The capital of the health insurer is BGN 500,000. Founders include Peshtera-based Bulpharma (25% of capital), Tikopharma (10%) and United Pharmacies (5%) and Sofia-based Starkom Holding (35%) and Forum Plus (25%).
