Momina Krepost AD (MKR) Momina Krepost AD convenes an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 01.09.2026 at 13.00 in the city of Veliko Tarnovo, 23 Magistralna Street, with the following agenda: - Adoption of a decision to deregister the company from the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, kept by the FSC, on the basis of Art. 119, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the LPOS, under the conditions and prerequisites of Art. 18 and Art. 22, para. 5 of Regulation No. 22 of the FSC; - Changes to the company's articles of association. - In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be held on 16.09.2026 at 13.00 at the same place and with the same agenda. The right to vote at the GMS is exercised by the persons registered as such with the right to vote in the central securities register 14 days before the date of the GMS, or as of 18.08.2026.
