V i K - Haskovo is the biggest debtor is the new owner of the local electricity-distribution company with a debt in amount of BGN 5 million The debt was accumulated during 1999, and the water-supply company is not executing the agreement for rescheduling of the debt. According to the management of V i K if the electricity-supply is cut there will be no serious troubles for the moment. The company has to gather a debt in amount of BGN 6 million from consumers.
