The founder of the software company "Chaos Software" Petar Mitev has acquired the FairPlay Business Hub office building in the Sofia district of "Hladilnika". This was done through a bank loan through Mitev's company "First Big Orange Garden" EOOD. The deal is for profitability, with existing lease agreements remaining in force. The seller is "FairPlay Properties REIT" (FPP), one of the longest-standing investors in business, residential and holiday properties on the local market. The building has a total area of ??12,560 sq m, which are divided into 7 above-ground and 2 underground floors with 106 parking spaces. After Mitev sold the company he founded, he turned to education, and in 2024 he acquired another office building - the one built but never used by "Alfa Bank", on "Tsarigradsko Shosse".
