The state collects the profits of BEH and DKK ahead of schedule The Bulgarian Energy Holding, the State Consolidation Company and Terem Holding will contribute an extraordinary dividend of 900 million leva to the budget. The three mega-companies are contributing an advance 100 percent dividend based on their interim results as of June 2025. According to BEH's report, the profit at the end of the half-year is 697 million leva. DKK's profit as of June 2025 is 201 million leva. Terem Holding's profit at the half-year is low - 129,000 leva. In April, the government also demanded an extraordinary dividend from the National Company of Industrial Zones, but it is zero. Now, however, BEH has also received a capital increase of 1.5 billion leva for the implementation of investment projects. The measure did not affect the budget deficit, while the dividend reduces it. Earlier, the banks also paid half a billion leva in advance corporate tax. Both this action and the extraordinary dividend mean lower budget revenues from these items next year.
